REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Because all products are made to order, we have a limited return policy.

 


 

 

1. No Returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

  • Buyer’s remorse

 


 

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

 

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 


If approved, we will:

  • Send a free replacement

    or

  • Issue a full refund

 

Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

 


 

 

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

 


 

 

4. Chargeback Protection Notice

By placing an order, you agree to our made-to-order production model.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks for valid orders may result in:

  • Order blacklist

  • Submission of evidence to payment providers
